Morriston Town Football Club is a stalwart of the local community of Morriston. Founded in the 1940s the club has been a cornerstone of the Swansea League for many years and once, rising as far as the Welsh Division 1 league title in the 1990-91 season.

Located in the heart of Morriston is The Dingle. A Place Morriston Town call home. It’s nestled between terraced houses and local playing fields where it’s charm and character make it the epitome of the local football side.

Vision

The 2021-22 season aims to be a significant and game-changing year for the future of Morriston Town.

As of the up-coming season, Morriston Town will compete in the inaugural West Wales Tier4 league, becoming a part of the official FAW league Structure. The above, coupled with a hunger for change and the creation of a new football committee has signalled a new beginning.

The vision is simple. We want to build a bigger, better club that gives back to the community and creates a culture of inclusivity.

Our aim moving forward will be to:

• Create the pathway for the inception of a Morriston Town Women’s Team.
• Enhance our thriving junior section with more teams at all age groups.
• Push the senior team to progress through the FAW football pyramid.
• Improve club infrastructure, including pitch, stadia and facilities.
• Provide a more diverse, inclusive community around the club.
